An amazingly sculptural Stalactite Calcite "flower" from this well-known Wenshan zinc mine famous for deep blue hemimorphites, excellent aragonites and striking cave calcite forms.  This striking specimen features translucent scalenohedrons Calcite presenting a fading color (white to pale yellow) and an exceedingly lustrous surface resembling white Jade.  In perfet condition, very rare given the harsh geological environments of the Wenshan cave!
