Sharp, perfect and isolated Wolframite var. Ferberite with Quartz crystals covering it back from the famous Yaogangxian Mine.  Its fine metallic luster really highlights the silvery-black color of this piece with complex well-formed terminations, outstanding!  Wolframite is a series between Ferberite and Hubnerite and when the Iron is dominating (than Manganese), you have a Ferberite.  Ferberite is usually black in color while Hubnerite can be translucent, this is how you can tell the difference.
