This is a gorgeous and pristine large cabinet Mongolian Quartz specimen excavated in 2015 from Huanggang Mine, Inner Mongolia. Mongolian quartz are usually milky because of the rich mineral inclusions and this is a rather rare specimen because of the inner core’s water-clear transparency. Black metallic Specularite crystals resembling iron roses have grown on the Quartz crystals in places, they are very sparkly and beautiful. White Calcite micro-crystals coating adds aesthetics and uniqueness to the piece, outstanding!
