A superb specimen from the world-renowned Orange River mining area in Namibia collected between 2010 and 2011. The transparent Quartz crystal is heavily included with evenly saturated microscopic granular Hematite, giving it an incredibly rich and sharp reddish color. The crystal exhibits beautiful "red mountain" phantom right at the very top of the terminations. The display faces are dramatic, distinct and attractive. High quality Red Quartz pieces from the Namibian Orange River are very desirable, this truly is a treasure! Comes with a high quality acrylic display box.
