An eye-catching Yaogangxian Fluorite specimen featuring sparkly micro-crystals of Pyrite in a platinum gold color aesthetically “sprinkled” on a cluster of purple Fluorite crystals. The group of purple Fluorite crystals is transparent and is exceedingly lustrous, so stunning! This beautiful piece was purchased by my father in around 2004-05, and kept until now in his personal Chinese minerals collection of miniatures and small cabinet pieces. I guarantee you won’t be seeing a lot of these often as they are really rare. Comes with a high quality acrylic display box.
Fluorite's Maintenance Advice:
Fluorite is extremely susceptible to sunlight, some colors fade slower than others, but they all fade under sunlight. The effect also happens under normal halogen light. Therefore keep Fluorite in a darker part of the home and away from direct sunlight.
