An exceptionally attractive Calcite and Pyrite specimen from a limited 2020 one-time find in Yongchun Co., Fujian, China.  Thick, white, pentagonal repeated twins Calcite in an aesthetic cluster have some orange-yellow/mustard colored tinting looking as though a “sandwich” for a remarkable effect.  A brassy gold aggregate of Pyrite crystals with rainbow iridescent aesthetically emplaced on the Calcite matrix.  It is bright, colorful and dramatic for what you can get of the species and they are seldom seen for sale!  The Calcite crystals exhibit a bright and intense orange-red fluorescence under UV lighting (365 nm).  A top museum quality specimen for connoisseur collectors!  Comes with a high quality copper-wired display stand as pictured.
