Exquisite gem quality Fluorite crystals perched nicely isolated upon this sparkling Quartz matrix, from the famous Xiayang Fluorite Mine in China.  These Fluorite have always been called “Tanzanite” Fluorite due to its color resembling the Tanzanite’s blue. The Fluorite crystals are sharp cuboctahedra with great lustre and the color is a beautiful rich eggplant-purple. Some of the Quartz points are covered with a thin layer of Limonite, giving it a fantastic yellow color, so stunning!  As a bonus, the Fluorite display a bright blue fluorescence under longwave UV lighting 365nm. Comes with a high quality copper-wired display stand.
