A stunning purple Fluorite specimen came from one of the premier mineral localities in the world – the Yaogangxian Mine in China.  Mined in 2011, the sharp, perfectly terminated Fluorite crystals which display highly visible lines of deep purple color on the edges is exceptional!  The distinct phantom of the Fluorite that is quite apparent when viewing from various vantage points, enhancing the great geometric effects of the crystals.  It is gemmy, lustrous and the color is the most desired vivid blue-purple.  In addition, the green and red colored center zoning ascend the beauty and rarity of the piece.  For added aesthetics, the Fluorite crystals are fluorescent to longwave UV lighting 365nm which exhibit a bright blue color, so stunning!  This outstanding and very unique specimen looks great on the high quality copper-wired display stand comes with the package.
