An extremely rare specimen from India features a few gorgeous, spherical aggregates of Thomsonite which are completely coated with a layer of colorless Stilbite crystals. Hundreds of thin, prismatic crystals of Stilbite which are transparent enough to show the eye-catching cream-yellow color of Thomsonite spheres grown underneath. The blades of Stilbite intergrown to form in the shape resembling flowers and are rather gemmy. The reddish brown Basalt matrix creates a contrasting and colorful visual effect. A very worthwhile, large cabinet sized, display specimen of this rare material. The overall aesthetics, balance and arrangement is fantastic!
