Collector’s Piece: Pyrite with Hübnerite from Huanzala Mine, Áncash, Peru
Dimension: 6cm x 3.8cm x 2.8cm
Locality: Huanzala Mine, Huallanca, Huallanca District, Bolognesi Province, Áncash, Peru
An impressive Peruvian Pyrite specimen from the Huanzala Mine, Peru. The Pyrite crystals are dramatically striated with a striking platinum-gold color and are exceedingly mirror-bright. The imposing large cube is measuring 4.6cm x 4.1cm, outstanding! Excavated in 2017 from the Huanzala Mine of Peru. The photos don’t do its justice as it is way more beautiful in person. Some tiny Hübnerite crystals are observed on the underside of the piece. This will certainly make a fantastic collectible piece because of its dramatic and aesthetic arrangement. Comes with a high quality copper-wired display stand as pictured.
