The beauty of this specimen is off the chart!! The translucent to creamy white Quartz crystals exhibit a mounded, spherical crystal habit and are very sparkly. The Fluorite crystals have modified deep purple edges and corners composed of small, stepped surfaces. The color of the Fluorite is a really attractive deep eggplant-purple, it's measuring 2.1cm x 2.1cm, magnificent! Comes with a high quality display stand made of pure copper and acrylic.
Fluorite of these kinds from Qinglong Mine started appearing in the market in early 2019 and soon became popular amongst the Chinese mineral collectors so not everyone gets to see these beauties, at all! The locals called it "The QR Code Fluorite" as some of them do have surfaces resembling the QR code.
Fluorite's Maintenance Advice:
Fluorite is extremely susceptible to sunlight, some colors fade slower than others, but they all fade under sunlight. The effect also happens under normal halogen light. Therefore keep Fluorite in a darker part of the home, away from direct sunlight unless it needs to be cleansed and charged. To cleanse and charge Fluorite, just pop it on a windowsill out of direct sunlight or even on a cloudy day for 10 minutes. If it doesn't feel like that is enough, you can use reiki or sound too.
