The Bijie Prefecture in China has produced top quality Chalcopyrite and Siderite combination pieces that are amongst the best in the world. This fine quality specimen features brassy gold tetrahedral crystals of Chalcopyrite aesthetically perched on and among the translucent, olive-green bladed crystals of Siderite. Some of the delicate Siderite blades are beautifully arranged in rosettes. The two intergrown flat hextetrahedral Tetrahedrite crystals in a metallic-silver color add real pizzazz to the pieces, fantastic!
The photos don't do justice to the beauty of this specimen at all as it is way more pretty in person! This is for sure an outstanding and stunning display piece to add to any collections!
