From the locale that produced a lot of famous Calcite crystals in China, this fine example is red-color coated due to Hematite tinting.  Adding to that are some lustrous, flattened and more transparent Calcite crystals in a subtle reddish orange color grown on the surfaces of the Dogtooth Calcite.  Mined in December 2020, the piece is complete all around and viewable from all sides.  Comes with a high quality acrylic display box.
