Mined from the renowned Tonglushan Mine (Daye Copper Mine) of China in 2019, the Calcite on Quartz combo pieces are very famous in the mineral world.  A few perfectly terminated clear Quartz crystal points are encased in interlinked group of modified scalenohedral Calcite crystals, they look particularly stunning under longwave UV lighting 365nm which presented a bright orange-red color, amazing!  Traces of gold Chalcopyrite and red Hematite micro crystals can be seen on the underside of the piece, ascending aesthetics and interest.  The piece is way more beautiful and sparkly in person than video and photos.  Comes with a high quality acrylic display stand.
