Blue Aragonite from Wenshan Mine

An exciting January 2021’s discovery in the famous Wenshan Mine of China, the quality and colors are the best I have ever seen.  A very special and limited find of which the specimens were quickly snapped up – gone in less than half an hour according to my friend.  Luckily because of the long and well-maintained relationships with my miner’s friends, I am lucky to have acquired the best pieces of all, not a lot to share but they are of the best quality. 
 
This large cabinet specimen measuring 14.5cm across features perfectly sculptured Aragonite “snow flowers” perched on to an Aragonite “iceburg” matrix, phenomental!  The colors ranged from very saturated, vivid blue to sky blue and pastel blue, unbelievable!  It has a very velvety, silky sheen which gives it a “wet” look.  A museum quality specimen that you cannot find anywhere else, it’s super pretty in person!  Comes with a high quality copper-wired display stand as pictured.
