Thick, white, pentagonal repeated twins Calcite in an aesthetic cluster have some orange-yellow/mustard colored tinting looking as though a “sandwich” for a remarkable effect. It is bright, colorful and dramatic for what you can get of the species and they are seldom seen for sale! The Calcite crystals exhibit a bright and intense orange-red fluorescence under UV lighting (365 nm). A top museum quality specimen valuable for the species, colors and size (12.6cm wide)!
