Heavily crystalized, gem quality Barite occurs very rarely and this is a good example of the species and rarity. Excavated in 2005 from a one-time small pocket discovered in the Xiefang Mine, Jiangxi, China, this is a beautiful miniature specimen with dramatic deep honey-beer colored Barite crystals on contrasting matrix. Prismatic Barite crystals shaped like slender prisms contrasting nicely with the Fluorite and Marble matrix. This is our exclusive collection that you won’t see anywhere else, as we haven’t seen anything similar came out since then and they are never seen today.
