This is such a well balanced and startling colorful specimen!  Excavated from the Dongchuan Cu ore field from May to June 2021, these new combo specimens WOW the Chinese mineral collecting world. Hundreds of tiny, spherical shaped Azurite crystals densely encrust the surface of a Quartz cluster, leaving the Quartz terminations exposed, the color combination is so remarkable.  Obtained directly from the miner’s home on-site, beautiful and undamaged pieces are extremely rare. It is a magnificent specimen of mineral history, from time and place. Comes with a high quality metal display stand.
